 The App provides digital entertainment through tarot card readings, instructional material, and historical text adapted from the writings of the creator's late mother.

• Intellectual Property: All text, book chapters, card artwork, designs, graphics, and logos within the App and website are the exclusive intellectual property of My Mother's Tarot LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, or publish our content without explicit written consent.

The App utilizes a virtual currency system (“Tokens”) to unlock certain features, such as specific questions or reading spreads.

• Allocation: Non-subscription users receive 10 free daily tokens. Subscription users receive 15 free daily tokens. Daily tokens do not accumulate and reset completely each day.
• Purchases: Additional tokens may be purchased in bundles. All token purchases are final and non-refundable.
• No Monetary Value: Tokens constitute a limited, revocable license to access software features. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between user accounts.

The App offers a Premium Monthly Subscription tier for $7.99/month. By purchasing the subscription, you agree to the following terms mandated by Apple and Google Play:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iTunes) Account or Google Play Account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price ($7.99/month) unless auto-renew is turned off or cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription, cancel, or turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase (App Store Settings for iOS / Google Play Store Settings for Android).
• Refunds: All subscription billing is handled directly by Apple or Google. We cannot issue refunds directly; refund requests must be processed through the respective App Store platform.

•  Free Users: Digital tarot readings are stored on our servers for 24 hours from the time of generation, after which they are automatically deleted.
• Subscription Users: Digital tarot readings are stored for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities regarding token manipulation or billing bypass.

Our website/app may link to a third-party print-on-demand storefront (such as Printify) to sell physical apparel and merchandise featuring our custom designs.

• Separate Transactions: Physical merchandise purchases are handled through an external e-commerce checkout. Apple and Google are not parties to these transactions and do not handle support or billing for physical goods.
• Fulfillment & Shipping: Orders are fulfilled by third-party printing partners. For issues regarding shipping times, damaged items, or printing defects, users must contact our support email directly.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Tarot readings are generated programmatically based on the historical text inputs provided by the author and are intended strictly for entertainment and educational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, outcomes, or predictive nature of any reading. The readings do not substitute for professional medical, legal, health, or financial advice. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Mother's Tarot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, or reliance on any material or readings provided within the App.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
